 GENFI

GENFIL (Foam Agent) It is a high efficient, organic resin-based foam agent developed for the production of lightweight concrete and lightweight structural elements in the construction sector.  The foam material is composed of antibacterial, enzyme-based, active proteins.  It is organic, does not harm nature, is not harmful to human health.

GENFIL (Foaming Agent) Concentrated GENFIL Foaming agent is added to clean water in a 1.5% - 2% ratio.  This solution is passed through the foam machine to form a foam.  The volume of foam produced was tested as a suitable ratio of 80 - 90 g / L.  This foam is added to the aqueous material prepared with cement and gypsum and heat-insulated lightweight structural elements are obtained.

 Produced foam provides a homogeneous mixture in a short time by bonding with cement grout.  During mixing, the foams form a homogeneous distribution in the cement and each particle forms an independent roof.  It provides good strength due to the active protein and enzymes in the foam.  After the concrete has dried, the pressure resistance of the concrete increases.  No dusting, no brittle layer on the concrete surface.

 Foam concrete prepared with GENFIL Breathable does not perspire, does not hold moisture.  It provides long-lasting concrete.

   GENOCEL Powder: Resin-based powder foam agent developed for the production of light concrete and lightweight structural elements in the construction sector.


Use in Foam Concrete:
Powder foam agent is mixed with water and passed through a foam machine to form foam.

This foam is added to the aqueous material prepared with cement and gypsum

and thermally insulated lightweight structural elements are obtained.

Lightweight aggregate filled, cement and gypsum-based dry mixture:
It is used in dry mixed packaged light aggregate products. In dry-mixed,

packaged cement, and gypsum-based products, it forms a good mixture

by providing homogeneous distribution of mixing water while preparing concrete and plaster.

It expands the surface area by creating micro air bubbles in the mortar.

  • Makes processing easier by lightening concrete and plaster.

  • In cement-based light aggregate plasters, it prevents water decomposition during surface applications.

  • Increases the adhesion of the plaster to the surface. Prevents decomposition

 FOAM CREATION
GENOCEL Powder Foam material is mixed with water and foam is created by passing the foam machine through 4-5 bar air pressure. The formed foam is added to the concrete mortar and heat-insulated lightweight concrete is obtained. It provides good strength due to the active protein and enzymes in the foam. After the concrete has dried, the pressure resistance of the concrete increases. There is no brittle layer on the concrete surface.

GENFIL-PW Gypsum Foam Concrete Agent

GENFIL-PW

GENFIL PW (Foam Agent): It is a resin-based foaming agent developed for the production of Cellular lightweight Gypsum in the construction industry. The aqueous solution is expanded by air pressure to form foam. Light gypsum is produced by adding this foam to the gypsum mortar. .

GENFIL-PW  USAGE AREAS

1-) Gypsum-based, heat-insulated light block production.

2-) Gypsum-based heat-insulated wall panel production.

3-) Gypsum based light plate production.
 

GENFIL-PW CREATING FOAM

GENFIL Foaming Agent is mixed with water and produced from the foaming machine with 3-4 bar air pressure. The foam unit volume produced was tested as an appropriate ratio of 50-70 gr/L.

The foam is added to the gypsum mortar and heat insulated light products are obtained. Concrete compressive strength increases after Gypsum Concrete dries.
