ARTRA ® -PR

Artra®-PR, is a mortar additive for setting accelerator and hardener in concrete. It increases the early strength of concrete without adversely affecting the final strengths.

 

USE OF

• Artra®-PR, is used when it is desired to meet early strength demands in ready-mixed concrete plants

• Can be used in reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete without any restriction because it does not contain chloride

• It can be used with shrinkage preventive or expansion additives.

 

Consumption / Dosage:

Depending on the desired acceleration effect, it is used at the rate of 0.5 ağır1.5% of the cement weight in the concrete. As the effect of Artra-®-PR will vary according to the type of cement used, it is recommended to perform preliminary tests.

 

FEATURES

• Artra®-PR superplasticizer can be used with additives.

• Depending on the Artra®-PR dose used, the acceleration effect may vary slightly depending on the type of cement and the temperature of the concrete.

KULLANIMI

·  Artra®-PR hazır beton santrallerinde erken dayanım taleplerinin karşılanması istendiğinde kullanılır

·  Klorür içermediğinden betonarme veya ön gerilmeli betonlarda herhangi bir kısıtlama olmadan kullanılabilir

·  Rötre önleyici veya genleştirici katkılarla birlikte kullanılabilir.

 

Dozaj: Sarfiyat /

İstenilen hızlandırma etkisine bağlı olarak betonun içerdiği çimento ağırlığının %0,5–1,5’i oranında kullanılır. Kullanılan çimento tipine göre Artra®-PR’in etkisi değişiklik göstereceği için ön deneyler yapılması tavsiye olunur.

  • Artra®-PR süperakışkanlaştırıcı katkılarla birlikte kullanılabilir.

  • Kullanılan Artra®-PR dozuna bağlı olarak Çimento tipine ve beton sıcaklığına bağlı olarak hızlandırma etkisi bir miktar değişebilir.
